Well we're not going to get our conservatory for crimbo!
Not sure why yet, but we have to get planning permission for it, which will delay the process by upto 10 weeks.

Yep, gotta get planning permission for a conservatory now. You shoulda asked, I coulda told ya :)
You don't always have to smartpotato!
Turns out we have to get it because we class as a terraced house and so are allowed 50 square metres of extra building and our garage counts as 40 square metres...Poo holes!!!!
