What A Busy Week!!

Well now that I've had chance to pause for breath I can let you know what we got up to on our weeks holiday. We have been blasting around the north east of England seeing loads of shows and films...these ones in fact:

Tom Baxter Live @ Leeds City Varieties (Sunday)

Bloody good they all were too. If I get chance latter in the week I may add some reviews type bits about them.....we'll see

Good start to the day......

Sunday morning 10-11am, knock on the door. Who could it be? A book people order?...not on a Sunday... a friend?..... hmm, unlikely in the morning and unexpected.....my mum and dad?... no, oh bugger I forgot they had a balloon flight booked........... Andrew's dad?....yeah that'll be it. Andrew quickly adorns his strides and dressing gown, and goes downstairs. Sees through the door that there is a tallish bloke thinks... "not my dad, why would Joll be here?".

Turns out it wasn't Andrew's dad or Joll, as he opened the door he was welcomed with a CID warrant card, and the sentence "can I come in and ask you a few questions, there has been an incident over the road", on looking over the road Andrew noted that the house was surrounded by police tape, and became suddenly very aware that he was talking to a police officer and hadn't had chance to do up his flies.

Mo Fo's!!!

Well we're not going to get our conservatory for crimbo!

Not sure why yet, but we have to get planning permission for it, which will delay the process by upto 10 weeks.
